To Hide Or To Seek; It's Just a Game

They say you can only hear the bells when you're in a mood swing. I've been watching some really amazing musicals this week like Mary Poppins, Grease 2 and Sound of Music. Supercalifragilisiticexpialidocious is my favourite from Mary Poppins. Years ago, my dad bought a Fiddler on the Roof CD. It's very interesting to learn about other cultures and their beliefs. Fiddler on the Roof is a broadway production that follows the story of tradition, matchmaking, dreams of being rich, miracles and the wedding. It's a very touching story that makes my spine shiver every time I listen to it. This is a video of a public stunt that took place early this year in a Belgium train station.

It's amazing how our world is filled with actors who everyday play a game called "hide and seek". As humans, we might not be able to judge the true character behind their masks. If you are in the position of saying "that will never happen to me", denying the real facts is an excuse. When they say, don't do this, don't do that, these are some examples of precautions that are time bombs in disguise, ticking and waiting to go off anytime anywhere. If "that will never happen to me" is a wise thought, what about those young girls and boys we see on the breaking news, in bold letters "Two bodies found near lake" or "Child gone missing". Sure they thought about that too, but because they're at the wrong place at the wrong time. You might say, oh they're just unlucky or if you believe something will happen to you, it will happen to you. That is just a egoistic excuse that you are telling yourself. If they knew what was going to happen to them, precaution would be just a word. Listen to the inner you that is trying to break out from the stubborn U, understand the reasons why someone who loves you will keep telling you over and over again the things that only meant one thing. They love you. So listen to what they have to say. Because once this time has passed, there will be no other role to play. Listen.
